Rita Offen is a married mum with three children, a boy aged 13, and two girls aged 11 and 7. She was born in England, but spent her first 6 years in Brisbane, Australia. She returned to England, and now lives on the South Coast.
From the age of 18, she worked in Secretarial/PA roles until she gave up work to have her first child. At the first opportunity she trained to be a learning support assistant and worked with children with severe learning disabilities, then with teenagers with moderate learning difficulties.
As well as having a keen interest in the study of psychology, Rita Offen is a Blackbelt in martial arts and a dedicated community volunteer working with the elderly.
Through her pursuit of personal development, she became aware and inspired by the work of Wayne Dyer and Anthony Robbins, and the principles they teach, and has, since learning these, endeavoured to use these principles in her own life.
What she has learnt and experienced along the way with her own family, her work in schools, and her personal development, has led her to write this book which she shares with you today.
